Request cancellation by email. A full refund is available when you cancel at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start. Cancellations 48 hours to 7 days before the start receive a 50% refund or one free transfer to a later equivalent session, subject to availability.
Fees are non-refundable within 48 hours of the start, after live training has begun, after digital course materials have been accessed, or for a no-show. If a private review has already started, completed time and specifically purchased materials are deducted before any partial refund.
Deposits reserve instructor time and are refundable only under the same timeframes. You may reschedule once without charge when notice is received at least 48 hours ahead. Later rescheduling is treated as a cancellation.
If we cancel, you may choose a full refund or transfer. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days. Exceptional illness or emergency requests are considered individually. Email learn@worker-cloudcore.digital with your name, session, and booking date.
